In our Production only unalloyed and low alloyed converter steel is processed. We use steels exclusively by renowned local steel manufacturers.

Processing

Our steel is manufactured by wet drawing process. The wet drawing takes place on modern drawing machines with permanent dimensional laser metrology. Production is from spool to spool. Heat treatment facilities, designed accordingly to the latest technogical knowledge, ensures optimal material properties. Our production also allows for the supply of big and small quantities as wel with short delivery time. Special customer requirements are taken into account.

Quality Management  and Control 

The purchase of the raw material, auxiliary materials and manufacturing resources, are effected according to established specifications. Quality comes before the price.

 Throughout the production process important production information is collected and documented. Thus, we ensure the traceability of all processing steps.

 The final product is tested in our own laboratory with modern testing and measuring equipment.
